The Second Panel of the Annual Symposium was entitled “Government Transition.” The Moderator was Ted Lamm and speakers included Louise Bedsworth, Kate Gordon, and Alegría De La Cruz.
Ted Lamm is the Senior Research Fellow in the Climate Program at the Center for Law, Energy & the Environment at UC Berkeley. Louise Bedsworth is the Director of the Land Use Program at the Center for Law, Energy, & the Environment and Senior Advisor to the California-China Climate Institute. Kate Gordon is the Senior Advisor (Just Transition) to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm at U.S. Department of Energy. Alegría De La Cruz is the Director of the Sonoma County Office of Equity and member of the state Seismic Safety Commission.
