The third panel of the Annual Symposium was entitled “Green Economy.” The moderator was Dan Farber and speakers included Renee Hatcher and Jose “JB” Tengco.
Dan Farber is the Sho Sato Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and Faculty Director of the Center for Law, Energy & the Environment (CLEE). Farber is a Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a Life Member of the American Law Institute. Renee Hatcher is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and Director at the Community Enterprise & Solidarity Economy Clinic. Jose “JB” Tengco is Vice President for State Affairs for the Bluegreen Alliance.
