In the fourth panel of Ecology Law Quarterly’s 2025 Annual Symposium, titled “Toxic Exposures in Your Community: Strategies and Successes (Part I),” panelists Kerry Guerin, Sarah Chen Small, and Margaret Gordan discussed noxious facilities in local communities, specifically the Chevron refinery in Richmond and the proposed expansion of the Oakland International Airport, and community efforts to address these issues.
